Club Service is excellent
Fabulous service in Club. Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel but it was a shame it rained constantly for the whole stay (I’ve now learnt to avoid Singapore during the the F1 race in September, and now learnt to avoid Singapore during Monsoon season as well!).

We enjoyed our stay. Only thing I wish the hotel did was so something special for guests on Christmas morning. Every hotel we have ever stayed in over Christmas, there's a note or a small gift on our door Christmas morning. Nothing huge, just a small gesture. It would have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great.

Hotel was very comfortable and generally in good condition, the bed was amazing and very large for our room. Although I'd entered all the faimly members and ages into the booking confirmation prior to arrival the room was just going to be the basic x 1 bed and our four year old would have needed to sleep with us. Not a big deal but a better night sleep if she had her own bed. The lady at the reception kindly upgraded us at no extra cost. We were very grateful.
