The room was so small and the layout was weird. the sink was right beside the bed. for some reason my husband and i didnt have good sleep the entire week that we stayed. The water from shower and faucet was uncontrollably too hot. Even my colleague who stayed in the same hotel had the same problem, we would have to wait such a long time for the water to cool down (for like 15 min) before taking a shower or washing our faces. I was really frustrated. The only good part is that u get food vouchers if you opt not to have your room cleaned.

Zero empathy or willingness to help me!!!
Very, very disappointed by the reluctance to work with me to help solve an issue! I had an extremely late check-in due to continuous meetings but despite dropping my bags early, and registering my passport. I had to re-register my passport on actual check-in, thereby delaying my access to the room and further shortening what was already a very short stay! That made my stay an extremely expensive stay for the ~3 hours. The hotel refused to keep my baggage to enable me to travel light to Malaysia, due to return several days later, despite that I was willing to book a room for the period following my return to Singapore.

The smallest room ever encountered. Literally had to get on bed to open door to room. No closet. No shower curtain. No plugs or usb on side of bed. Nice breakfast buffet included.

Warning Dont Go To This Hotel!!!! Im 70 years old , I was stuck in there broke elevator for 20 minutes in the heat by myself, and I suffer from heart issues .Ringing there phone and the alarm with no responds so I had to make a international phone call to my wife on her US cell and pay for both fees appox $20.00 to have her get someone to rescue me as I was about to pass out . I asked them to cover my $20.00 for my international calls but they refuse I also spoke to a manager and her response was they lease the building and I would need to speak to the people they lease the building from. I had no time to do that as my cruise ship back to USA was leaving in a few hours . Please realize Im handcap also and cant stand very long with my knees.
