Book a hotel near Skirmish Central Paintball, Bedford

"The guys running the place were very polite and friendly. However, on arrival at about 18.45, one young man was solely in charge. Customers were serving themselves drinks while he was trying to sort out the mechanism on our room door. They had dining guests waiting for tables although restaurant was virtually empty. They were also operating a ‘just eat’ service, which took two others away on deliveries. No breakfast menu was provided and we were given a ‘cooked’ meat free breakfast that was cold, coffee was instant despite a coffee machine on the bar! The mattress on our bed was very poor quality but the room and towels were clean. We got the impression that it was all too much for them and that none of the three had any experience in hospitality. Such nice guys, but desperately in need of training if they want to survive "

"We would generally stay in hotels / Prem inn etc - but decided to try something different. The location was very convenient. The property was delightful - well appointed - very charming It was spotless. An added touch was access to Netflix and Amazon. Nice pub in the village too Would stay again if work commitments take us to this part of the world again. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Wonderful hostess who kept me informed throughout and went the extra mile to make my stay great. House is wonderful and very peaceful. Bedroom was large with very comfy bed and the bathroom was awesome. Underfoot heating so showering was excellent. Once the light went out you couldn’t see you hand in front of your face. Perfect nights sleep on both nights and full use of kitchen when required. A real gem. "
