"I loved my stay at this hotel. The location was super convenient, so close to the main shopping district and a 5 minute walk from the trams and buses, or a 20 minute walk to Sakurajima or the train station. The room was comfortable and the hotel offered a lot of amenities, such as extra pillows, a microwave, laundry service, a 'help yourself' style bar for toiletries and teas. There's also a huge collection of manga. The rooms are cleaned every day and you can request not to have it cleaned. If they aren't cleaned, the staff will still leave you clean pyjamas, towels and bin bags for if you need to freshen up your room. The hotel kindly merged my separate stays into one so I didn't have to change rooms."

"昨年から鹿児島ではこちら一択です。新しくて清潔。土日は温泉も混み合いますが、いつも金曜日の夜からの滞在なので、ゆっくり温泉も楽しめます。部屋のバスも使いやすいです。 隣にはスーパー、ドラッグストアもあります。またタイムズシェアカーも近くにあるので便利。遠出の拠点にしてます。 外資ホテル特有の大きな羽毛枕２つがないのが残念。星一つ減点。 一階のカフェのパンもケーキも美味しいです。 さつまぐまも気に入ってます。 "
