Excellent place to stay if you like to be in a quiet and safe place. Parking is free and convenient( however leaving the parking lot is difficult no view from traffic coming down hill ( a traffic mirror would a big improvement) Breakfast and views are stunning, employees all deserve an excellent.

The Hotel is a 20 minute shuttle ride (included in the daily room rate) from Downtown Sorrento. Great to park the rental car and just catch the shuttle bus ! Never had any problems with their time schedule . All the staff are super attentive and helpful. Breakfast was more than adequate. Wish we had more time here just to unwind by the pool bar !

The staff were the most gracious and helpful. All very kind. The Shuttle was very helpful to get around. The breakfast was great and anything we needed was done right away. Highly recommend this place even though is 30 min out of the center of the city.

Gem of a hotel in the hills above Sorrento!
Hotel Prestige is absolutely beautiful! I arranged to be picked up with their van in Sorrento, and arrived to their beautiful hotel in the hills. I was warmly greeted by Gilda, whose customer service was truly outstanding. My room is absolutely beautiful, with a beautiful terrace. The pool is lovely, and the bartender is so friendly and makes fantastic drinks. What a gem of a hotel to have found!

The hotel is nice staff very friendly but towel we’re not changed and air conditioning kept going off… The fact that there is no parking in the streets they actually charge you parking fee in their own lot. Which they do not mention .. The pool area also very nice .. there is only 1 local restaurant which I would not recommend unless you want to lay. For the view

Hotel Prestige, high up on the mountains above Sorrento, is a gem! The staff is the most helpful and friendly anywhere and the free shuttle service down to Sorrento (only 20 minutes to city center) is invaluable. Incredible views and pleasant pool and bar area. They have a restaurant across the street that feels like a historic winery and chapel. Also the property looks down on the Amalfi coast side and they offer numerous excursions that are reasonably priced. I could go on! Grazie Mille!

If visiting Sorrento this hotel is a must. We booked in reviews and out expectations were exceeded! Lots of parking spaces and out of the business of Sorrento, Fabulous rooms and pool with small pool side bar and snacks with magnificent views. We didn’t use The main restaurant as caught the free shuttle bus into Sorrento. The facilities are second to none with great breakfast. The staff - I can’t praise enough…they are amazing and so friendly. The poolside barmen especially! Felt sad to leave and will definitely return and highly recommend to family and friends

We loved everything about the hotel, but we have to emphasize the wonderful nature of the front desk staff. Gilda was incredibly friendly and helpful. She is perfectly suited for the job. Alessia and Thomas are wonderful as well. Together they make an amazing front desk staff. The best we had during our 5-week trip through Europe.
