Solo recibimos, buen servicio del encargado de recepción y una joven la demás persona que nos atención un servicio pésimo (un joven alto blanco sin gafas), todo el tiempo es tuvo de mal humor y hasta nos ignoró cuando regresamos porque nos dio las tarjetas sin activar varias veces hasta que una joven pudo resolvernos. por otro lado, habitación sucia, baño sucia, comida mala, copas sucias, poca variedad. Puertas del baño no cierran, duchas rotas que hacen que corra agua hacia fuera Teatro 10/10!

It was a okay stay . Had to move rooms 2 times due to bathroom and smell and tv not working. Housekeeping was very nice when I had to approach them about toilet seat being dirty. Okay amenities. 5.6/10.

I think the hotel has a lot of potential, it just needs a little more conditioning and better cleaning in the rooms.Also improve the furniture in the rooms a little more.

It needs a lot of upgrades. Starting with room. The tv is from early 2000s, no internet in the room you need to go outside near the beach in order to get some slow internet, they do not provide that info to you. Communication is a most they lack from it. I guess they do that so you end up paying extra for internet. Bathroom smell bad maybe sewer ? Building need to be maintenance it looks deteriorating and old. Things that is ok : pool, restaurant with reservation's food. Staff is a mix of good and bad. Needs better show. Will not be back to casa marina.

No snack area. Only 1 bar open and not close to pool. No activities available. Staff a bit rude at restaurant you basically have to get your own drinks. They pass right by you abd you have to flag them to get something to drink.
