"Overall the property was agreeable and we enjoyed our stay. The downsides were: limited toilet paper (perhaps a small issue but 3 rolls for a week is stingy - are we expected to provide our own?), there were no replacement rubbish bags for the rubbish and compost receptacles (again are we expected to provide our own?), the A/C is only in the main lounge/dining/kitchen room so the bedrooms with the queen beds were hot. The tower fan provided was completely inadequate it would struggle to blow out a candle. Better cooling options need to be provided. For this reason I would avoid staying here in summer. Also the neighbouring property was a construction site during our stay. We were not informed of this prior to staying - perhaps a reduced rate would have been a gesture of goodwill."

"I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since our occupancy and no sign of the bond that should have supposedly taken a week"
