Stay was good. Staff was very friendly. Did not like that they charged a 100 dollar deposit upon arrival, that will take at least 4 days to be put back into my account. If you are going to charge that, what is the point of having my credit card on file for then?

The hotel was alright but definitely was lacking in certain departments. First off the check-in Lady on duty at night was great. She was friendly and welcoming. The cleaning staff was nice too. The rest of the day desk staff during our stay was nice but you could tell it was forced and that we seemed to almost be bothering them. The room was clean and comfortable but the couch and chair was stained and the couch had a cigarette burn in it(supposed to be smoke free). The breakfast that we prepaid for was just a thing of juice and a store bought prepackaged pastry. It was supposed to have a restaurant/cafe that serves breakfast(that you pay for) but no one was even there and the workers at the desk had to come over and help. We wanted two breakfast sandwiches(Jimmy Dean brand that you buy at the store and microwave yourself) and they charged us $8 a piece for them and we still had to microwave them ourselves up in our room. You could hear things going on in the hallway and in neighboring rooms. I would stay there again but only if there was no better option.

All the way down hill from when it was the Courtyard. The sofa and footstool were nasty and stained and should be burned. There were stains and burns on the walls and the floor of the shower has permanent stains, good thing we have shower shoes. The best part was the hot water and shower pressure. Lights went out and we just needed a good nights rest. The bed was okay for one night; I cringe to think about having to stay longer. NEVER AGAIN!
