The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were tastefully remodeled and had great features for a hotel. They were also somewhat quiet. The cons were there was art over the windows so you couldn’t look out and the AC was loud. We got a towel that looked a little dirty and I gave a 4 star for cleanliness. Overall for the price I would stay there again if I needed.

I arrived at the hotel and was in total disbelief that I had make my transaction through a side window because I was told the lobby was closed when the attendant came to the window I told him I didn’t feel safe with the idea of standing outside of a window with my credit card so he decided to let me come in the lobby. I asked what was the smell and it smells like an animal was in here . The attendant then answered saying that they’re pet friendly I said well I hope the room that I was getting didn’t have a pet in it because I’m allergic to cats he stated no the room was clean. When I walked into the room it had an odor I immediately took my things back to my car and turned the keys back in he asked what was wrong I told him I can’t stay in that room I didn’t feel safe.

This was a very nice place for any budget conscious family coming to Lackland for graduation or visiting their Airman. Though its an older property, the rooms have been remodeled nicely and the property is in great condition. The pool area is clean and nice, we enjoyed just sitting out there in the evenings talking. The rooms were kept extremely clean and the cleaning staff were so nice and accommodating, as well as the front desk staff. Everyone there was amazing. We opted for a very late checkout (2 PM) as we had the opportunity to see our Airman for a few extra hours before our flight home and they set that up with no issues. It was an extra $15 per hour but so worth it. The location was perfect, incredibly close to the Luke and Selfridge gates at Lackland, both with right hand turns into the gates so no fighting traffic to get in while visiting. My only complaint, which really isn't a complaint, would be the lack of walkability to any stores around but that was a non issue for us as we had a rental and it was a short drive to anywhere we needed to go. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay there again.

Convenient location near Lackland AFB
Management was nice, took care of a minor issue when first arrived in room promptly. My wife and I were there for our son’s Air Force Airman graduation at Lackland AFB. Location was very convenient right by the base. Also other families of Airmen were staying there as well. Would recommend for the convenience of location close to base.

Our hotel room was not in the best condition. I was so happy we brought Clorox wipes. There was a brownish red splatter on the walls near the bathroom. Unfortunately we had to stay one night there and made sure to barricade our door at night. The biggest clue that this was not a safe area were the iron bars on the hotel windows and surrounding businesses. I will never stay here again.
