Our stay was booked through hotels.com - which turned out to be a major mistake in this instance. We've used the service for years with no issues but this stay was a hassle. We prepaid our rooms and the virtual card hotels.com was supposed to pay our rooms with didn't work on one of the rooms.
HOWEVER, Alayha, the front desk rep when we checked in at BW was amazing. She worked tirelessly on the phones for over an hour trying to help us get the situation settled.
The room was extremely clean. The bathroom door was very hard to shut, the bed was hard, and there was a corner of the exterior door that was unsealed and quite large, but we didn't even care by the time we were able to get to bed. This is not normally a place we would stay, but the service more than made up for it. Also, the breakfast was definitely one of the better ones we've had at a motel. The lady working the counter took exception with the fact that I used a coffee cup to fill with water from the dispenser, not quite sure what that was about, but the food was still pretty good.
