Owners on site. So sweet and attentive. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. Would definitely go back.

The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was an added bonus and the beach was about a 3 minute walk from the property. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Great place! Totally updated motel with a slight retro feel and beach vibe. Very clean. Basic breakfast included! Very good coffee too. Short walk to walkable beach. Quiet street. Pool looked very nice but we were there in cool weather and it was closed. The hosts are super nice. Very good value for the rate.

AC was in nook in bedroom with a thermostat built in so the nook was cold but the rest of room suffered. Need to bring thermo to bed area where you don't need to set the AC to 60 under the winter comforter. Nice pool area and breakfast was ok.

We stayed for five nights and it was a useful base to explore Cape Cod . As a family run motel , it felt welcoming and quite comfortable , with clean and bright communal facilities such as the breakfast room and the good sized pool area . The rooms are clean and spacious, a little musty smelling , but the windows open wide for fresh air . There’s a fridge and a microwave, but disappointingly , no facilities to make a hot drink in the room. For longer stays you can request a change of towels . We really appreciated the quiet area and the proximity to the sea.
