Owners on site. So sweet and attentive. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Walking distance to several restaurants and beaches. Would definitely go back.

We wanted to love it
Perfect location on a quiet street in South Yarmouth within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Unfortunately, although rooms were very clean and recently renovated, it was very musty and the beds were very uncomfortable. I woke up with a backache almost every morning (we stayed for 3 nights). These should be simple fixes to make the stay a much better experience.

It was a cute hotel in a good location! The room was well decorated , the only complaint would be the double beds for 2 people ! Queen beds would of made the place complete ! Overall we would stay there again !

No thrills hotel, a little old but close access to beach and Skipper’s chowder house. Pool was clean and warm. Need to consider putting in an outdoor shower for us to rinse sand off after returning from beach. Continental breakfast was great, staff was very attentive to make sure items were filled.

We loved our stay at Ocean Breeze Motel. Norbert and Joanna are wonderful. They are welcoming, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the cape. Our kids loved the pool, which is well maintained. The close proximity to the beach is a plus as well. We can’t wait to return!

Clean, comfortable stay
While the motel is dated, it is under new management and the husband and wife team have renovated the rooms and have worked hard to create a welcoming, clean, safe, comfortable stay for their guests. Our family of 5 had the best time at the motel. Their free substantial breakfast spread was also amazing. One thing to note, is that many of the rooms have stairs so if accessibility is a concern, then please inform the motel in advance.

Lovely budget motel located 2 blocks from the beach. I booked last minute and chose based on the price which was great in comparison to similar lodgings located on the beach (almost double the price in July for just a block away). This motel was easy to find, plenty or parking, clean and efficient rooms, nice swimming pool that was pleasant, clean, and didn't smell strongly of chlorine, easy walking distance to several public beaches and Skippers restaurant, plenty of hot water, and had free continental style breakfast every morning from 8-10 (coffee, tea, pastries, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt). On top of all that, the owners were very nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. I stayed here for 3 nights with 3 kids and 2 adults. My only complaint is the beds. They were really firm and I had an uncomfortable sleep while everyone else slept like logs as well as no coffee maker in the room which would have been nice seeing breakfast doesn't open until 8. Typical with all vacation rentals in the summer, we were not expecting room clean up service and were very happy that any requests for extra towels and amenities were promptly given to us which we often find lacking in vacation rentals. Very happy with this accomodation. The owners are on staff all day and what seems most of the night so everything stays top notch. Highly recommend.

What a pleasant long weekend with my granddaughter! From check in to check out. Had a room with a kitchenette end unit. Everything was immaculate which is very important to us. Property is not directly on the beach but 60 second walk or drive to 14 free parking spots. We got a spot every time. The outdoor heated pool was also an immaculate plus. Continental breakfast. Close to town. Another important factor when we vacation is staff. The owners are extremely nice, welcoming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Many thanks for a very pleasant stay.

This lovely retro property is one block from the Beach. Breakfast was plentiful every morning from 8-10am. The pool is open from 9-9pm. The Owners are very nice and accommodating. The Skippers Chowder House is within walking distance. The clam chowder is award winning and well worth the wait. You can carry out as well. I will be returning.
