"The hotel and staff are fantastic the river walk is great There is only a parking garage across the street and valet for parking no breakfast available. If your balcony is on the first floor people on the river walk will interact with you they pressure wash the walk very early aside from the river the area around the hotel is not very nice but it is a good central location "

"A Riverwalk must!!! If you want to make the most of San Antonio's famous Riverwalk and like staying in the heart of your destination then this is the hotel for you. With an entrance on the road for valet parking or just dropping off/arrival, the attendants are the most friendly I have encountered, from curbside to your room. Check in is a breeze and to my surprise we received a bottle of champagne (as returning guests). Our room is like a suite (Riverwalk view room) with a seating area and tv, followed by a walkway to the bedroom and in this walkway is a double door to the huge bathroom on the left and an area for coffee to the right with a fridge. I'm not saying enough, I promise. The room and space is marvellous, along with the view, the large very comfortable bed, the cleanliness, and the amenities. Downstairs has a lovely long bar with friendly staff and, although I did not personally take advantage of the hotel restaurant, it did look divine. I said the hotel has a curbside entrance, but it also has an entrance and exit directly on the Riverwalk. What a great aspect and easy access to this wonderful, iconic area."
