Book a hotel near Southcentre Mall, Southeast Calgary

"We had a lacrosse team staying there for the weekend and the staff were amazing and everyone enjoyed the stay. My spouse had an online business meeting on check out day and it was easy to get late check out. The location is surprisingly central to anywhere we needed to be at (10-20 minute drive). We will definitely stay there again and go out of our way to try book there. "

"We were supplied with towels for just one person. Overall, satisfactory. The front desk staff should be trained or drilled about how to respond to an emergency, in this case, fire alarm. There seemed to be no Wi-Fi connection to the fire services, and more importantly, the guests gathered in the front foyer when the alarm went off, should be briefed about what was going on with the emergency response. Hospitality also means the visitors should be comforted and made to feel safe. Information should be constantly updated. Otherwise, our stay was good. "
