Nice hotel in the area between London Bridge and Waterloo. The hotel is top notch and the standard rooms are of a good large size along with a good working shower and bathroom facilities. The rooms are made up each day as well which gives additional peace of mind. The hotel is clean and contemporary and is worth a visit just for its bars and restaurant areas, as the views are superb across the City. Good staff compliment the Hotel, and you can either catch the bus from Blackfriars, or use the tube from Blackfriars over the bridge. Slight negatives are the lack of itemised billing upon check out (hard copies) and unclear 'service charges' which may appear during your stay, however, the hotel is still top notch!

Very clean hotel with easy access to the river walk. Not very near a Underground station so will have to walk or taxi. Staff have been great. Breakfast buffet is immense with cappuccinos or lattes made on request. Bar scene at night in hotel is chic. Movie theater on site. Arcade games (2) available if needed for the kids. A short walk left or right on riverwalk will give you plenty of food options. Felt safe here at night. Lots of security members around.

Best Hotel in London
An amazing experience and what a perfect hotel! From the movie theater, to the changing daily sign, and the design of this hotel, it was a wonderful time! I will absolutely stay here again. Local to everything in Downtown London, and right on the water/Boardwalk. Don’t pass this place up!

Overall clean and tidy but lacked polish to be called a 5 star hotel. Check in was basic was not advised about breakfast or any other details. Hotel was a bit dark. Rooms were fine and clean. Room service is extortionate and extremely basic.
