Rooms were clean you can see it was fixed up .u can tell it's a older hotel . Overall price was good .rooms were clean it was an old hotel but overall price wise it was good it was a little far from where everything's at but it was quiet it's good for a small trip but would go there again. Staff was very nice . King is a great doggie

Fantastic location for St. Augustine Beach and St. Augustine. Rode my bicycle everywhere after parking the truck. Great restaurant with music nextdoor and many choices nearby. Just across the street from the ocean Fishing Pier and south end of Anastasia State Park Beach. Price is best. Room renovated and clean. Frig, microwave. Room had adjoining doors which allowed a bit of noise from neighboring room but not bad. Pool nice and clean. Only two loungers but again not an issue. Definitely staying here again.

our room was clean but as soon as you walked in it had a very musky smell which with time as we turned on the ac went away after a while. room was comfortable an clean. only stayed 1 night. beds were comfortable. nothing fancy but for the price it was perfect.

To start, the only reason we booked the room is because on the website it advertised that they had a hot tub yet there isn’t one. I did see a place next to the pool where one could go but nothing was there. The pool itself was on the small side but very clean just as the rest of the building and surrounding area. The room was very nice however the ac didn’t work very well at all. But the biggest issue and the reason for the low rating is that there was no second lock on the door. We used a chair up against the door at night for security.

First off we didint even get to stay and was not allowed to get our refund. We travel with a dog and we used the filter for dogs allowed on the app and this hotel filtered through. When i called to let them know we would have a later check in because of traffic while traveling, i made sure to let them know i had a dog. The lady informed me they only take service animals. I fully understand hotels that dont want animals BUT this hotel filtered in on pets allowed. The fact i booked then immediately called them to inform them i would arrive later than check in time and they would not refund me my money. It was like 10 mins in between booked and called. Ive never had any issues like this before. I cant believe this place is that greedy. Once again their place filtered in with pets allowed so please be careful if you have pet's and use the filter. This is absolutely insane.expedia tried several times to help,but this place is so greedy they wouldnt even consider.

When we arrived to check-in at about 4:30 pm, She asked me if I was voting on Tuesday, I told her that I already voted. I said I voted blue, and she proceeded to tell me I made a big mistake. I said, "My choice, my vote!" She said "No, you're wrong" I was uncomfortable the 2 night stay. I did not sleep well while I was there.

I would stay their again the rooms were clean and house keeping cleaned our room everyday they were efficient and very nice.the owners were very nice they were on the property everyday nice people I rate it A 10 .
