Older property could use some updates. Musty smell, but otherwise adequate. It was okay for just somewhere to sleep. Don’t know why hotels.com reviews are so much more positive than those on other sites for the same property. It feels a bit misleading.

Staff is very friendly. Regency Inn is right across the street from the ocean. Rooms are always reasonably priced.

Hoarder living in the hotel
The positive, the pool was great, the room was clean, service was great, location was excellent. The negative, the beds were uncomfortable, the restaurant wasn't available, and the person in the room next to us clearly lives there and is a hoarder. We wouldn't stay there again as a result of the hoarding situation.

Great little hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby, coffee area, room and pool were very clean. Quiet area and right across the road from the beach and walking distance to food and drinks! We will be booking there again!
