"I reserved a room online for my daughter who was visiting for a day from Galway and then heading back to Dublin next morning. Since she would be arriving into Limerick in the late evening, my main concerns were walkability from the main train station and safety. But any fears were put to rest by excellent communication from The Bedford's staff, before her arrival. They confirmed what time she would be arriving and provided detailed instructions om how to get to the hotel and how to enter the building and access her room. They even called my daughter twice to confirm she had received the instructions. My daughter loved her stay at the hotel, her room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and a perfect start to her exploration of Limerick before her return back to Dublin in the evening.
