There is poor lighting on the property at night; it’s almost pitch black when walking to the Italian and Caribbean restaurants. The TV goes out often in the middle of watching a program.
Overall, the staff were not friendly. If you did not greet them first, they did not speak. Some were out right disrespectful. Specifically at the beach at the water sport counter I asked for clean towel as I return my used towels. One day there were none at 10:30 in the morning. On another day I asked and inquired why they do not replenish towels in this area throughout the day and was told “You know where to get towels from, go over there!” Shocked at his response and just replied I’m aware but it’s again now 10:40am and no clean towels in the area. He looked at me and motioned me off!
The resort continue to run out of mint or had none, run out of rum, food and much more. It was unbelievable! We had dinner reservations for 7pm and received our dinner minutes to 9pm and the restaurant was NOT crowded; this was at the Hunter restaurant.
You had to make reservations before 3pm in order to eat at any of the restaurants and this was not shared during check-in and no help was even offered for the first night to assist.
When asking for a pasta meal to be made, the cook was annoyed and even put his hand up as I shared the ingredients I would like to have within my pasta dish. After receiving the dish, I said thank you, but got no response.
