This is a lovely hotel with spacious, clean rooms and a delightful staff. Very welcoming and pleasant. There is a beautiful neighborhood behind the property for taking nice walks. Would absolutely recommend Embassy Suites. p.s. Historic downtown St. Charles is a five-minute drive away and not to be missed!

Late and mistake eased by helpful staff.
Came in late after driving 6 hours, with a number of others. Reception staff was wonderful. Geneva helped us, and she was quick and efficient. I'd accidentally only booked 1 night and she made it right instantly!

The overall stay was cool but to have somebody walk in your room and open your door with another room key is crazy. I went down to the desk and they said I wasn’t checked in all the way.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The only complaint I have is that all three elevators were not operating and it took a long time to get one.
