"I stayed there for 8 days while working locally. It's conveniently located and was cheap compared to some. Rooms and communal areas are worn, but the rooms were clean enough and it was cheap "

"We arrived about 20 mins early & 8 enquired if we could check in one of the staff members told me that the reception staff didn’t start work until 3.00pm. We went in & had a coffe at Costa & then checked in after 3.00. The hotel was clean & tidy & the room was nice & warm, overall the stay was very good. "

"Bedroom heater was not working so we were given an upgrade ro a superior room. Would recommend a visit."

"Despite being very busy there was very little or no wait to be served. The outside of the building could do with a few repairs and freshening up but this did not have any impact on our stay. "

The food was delicious and the head chef was so thoughtful that she put a vegetarian dish on the menu for me. We only planned to stay one or two nights but couldn’t bring ourselves to leave and ended up staying 4 nights. "
