The spacious rooms of the farmhouse can host a big family or a group of friends, everyone having their own space without bothering the others. You can also gather on the terrace around the barbecue plancha grill, have a drink in the heated swimming pool while admiring the Alpilles, go for a walk in the middle of the olive tree field, or prepare your next excursion (since we are ideally located in the heart of Provence region). According to your mood, you can reach the sea or mountain in less than an hour. Come recharge your batteries in this beautiful building.
The ground floor provides a living room, a dining room of 60 m² with a big table seating 10 and two leather sofas, a television room with fireside chairs, poufs, and a big flat-screen television, an open-plan kitchen with a central kitchen island, 1 bedroom with an adjacent bathroom, a toilet, a big corridor, and a laundry room. The first floor provides 4 bedrooms that have bathrooms and private toilets, dressing room and wardrobe, and beds of 160 cm. Upon request, we can also add a crib or a children’s bed (age 1-7).
Outdoors, a big terrace welcomes you for your candlelit dinners. Enjoy the heated swimming pool, which is secured by a roller shutter while staying in the middle of olive tree and lavender fields. Deckchairs and parasols are available, as are a barbecue and a plancha grill. Eyguieres is a small typical village of the Provence, boasting a lot of charm. It has kept the authenticity with the traditions, several fountains, shaded fields and lodging accommodations. All shops are nearby. Nearby you will find the Tour des Opies, with a height of 489 m offering an exceptional view over the Alpilles. If you love climbing, the famous site of Orgon (a 5-minute drive away) have been welcoming the passionates for many years. The villages of Eygalières, Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Les Baux, and Maussane are nearby. If you decide to leave for the day, a different wonder is waiting for you at each of the 4 cardinal directions. In the East, Aix-en-Provence with thermal baths, famous fountains, and bourgeois bastides. In the South, Marseille and the « guardian » Notre Dame De La Garde, the castle of If and a brand-new museum. You can walk along the coast and discover the fabulous coves. In the West, Arles and the battlements open the doors of the Camargue region, with its huge beaches, horses, bullfighting, and gipsy festivals. In the North sits Avignon with its Papal Palace, Saint-Bénézet Bridge, and the theatre festival every July. Luberon and the mythical Mont Ventoux (challenge for cyclists) are also nearby. You will find hilltop-villages just as described in our Provence nurseries.
