"Brand new hotel, excellent facilities. Beautiful views from rooms and rooftop. Also excellent breakfast every morning. Only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant did not offer menu service, only buffet but if you were part of a group in the evening and there are limited options nearby for dinner without driving or walking half hour either direction. Found a local restaurant close by that was ok, and two cafes for coffee and sandwiches but not dinner. "

"We chose this cute guest house at the last minute and could not have been happier!! We had the “blue” room, which was very large, high ceilings and a small balcony facing the street. The room was very clean. Breakfast was perfect too. The area around the hotel is very walkable, with great restaurants and the river walk. I highly recommend this guest house. "
