"Stayed here on business and it’s a great place, good breakfast, nice bar and restaurant, lovely spa, small but adequate gym and good sized, comfortable rooms. However the best thing about this hotel, is undoubtedly the staff - I can’t speak highly enough about them. Every member of the team was truly fantastic - made for such a welcoming stay. Outstanding service. "

"Great location, friendly and helpful staff. We had a “cosy” room but it was big and lovely bathroom. My only complaint would be lack of power points. To use the kettle or coffee maker you had to go under the dressing table to swap the plugs and same to use the hairdryer. It was clean and very comfortable and a bonus we didn’t know about was you can walk straight into Burghley house grounds from the hotel. The breakfast was included and excellent. We chose the full English but plenty of options. We didn’t eat there for dinner but the restaurant did seem busy. Would definitely stay there again "

It's very close to all that Stamford has to offer and very convenient for Burghley House, plus has plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs nearby. The breakfast provided in our room was spot on!"
