The hotel was fine. We had a comfortable stay and breakfast was only continental. The major factor was the hot tub. I asked one of the managers to turn it up for us because it was cold and we got into it. Other than that it was pleasant. I would mention one other maintenance issue the railing on the tub. The spa is coming off. It’s off the ground. It’s not submitted or bolted down That could present a huge risk of injury

Accessibility room meant beds super low and a messy shower situation. The hotel was under construction and our window view was of several toilets. The walls were thin enough to hear full sentences of the loudly talking person next door and the drug addict that was arguing with the front desk clerk. Staff was dismissive and hallway door did not lock… I DO NOT recommend!

Good stay. Horrible pillows.
Had a nice stay here with the family. PROS: Rooms were clean and updated. Front desk was very friendly and fast service. Jacuzzi was also nice for the kids with a great ambiance. CONS: jacuzzi was not very hot. Not sure if they had just filled it or something but it was just warm, still was nice to sit in it for a while though. Pillows are very lumpy. Every single pillow. Lumps. Definitely consider bringing a pillow if you can. Or just use a literal brick

Room is spacious, but the walls are paper thin. Neighbors tv kept me up all night, and staff did nothing about it. Close to where I needed to be, but so is holiday inn, so I’ll try them next time
