"Incredibly good value for money. Spotlessly clean, large rooms, comfy beds, terrific breakfast buffet, good bar. Only minor gripe was a lack of staff in the bar area on Sunday after breakfast. Took a while to get a coffee, then staff dissappeared again. If you're staying with kids, note you can have 2 adults & 2 kids under 12 in one room, with a king sized & queen sized bed. We didnt pick up on this & booked adjoining rooms. They delivered a activity/snack bag for the kids to the room, nice touch. Despite the minor gripes we were very impressed with the hotel & would recommend. "

"A hotel with character. The rooms while older have everything you need except air conditioning for summer. A lovely pool with sauna and steam room. A very comfortable bar area. Reasonable prices for dinner and an excellent breakfast with good service. Well worth a visit."

"I needed a place to rest after a long and exhausting day if i had one gripe it would be the required walk outside to the other building in the pouring rain That apart room service good, food excellent and the bed enveloped me and laid me to rest for 10 hours blissful sleep excellent TV and broadband facilities and i shall definitely stay again "
