I’ve stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Everything was wonderful this time. Saw about 50 emirates air stewardesses in the foyer which was quite a sight. Great hotel in a great location.

Lovely hotel. Beautiful clean rooms & comfy beds. Large bathroom with separate bath, breakfast & room service very good. Great for transport with light rail & Wynyard train station very close. All staff great nothing a problem.

Overall a nice hotel,a coffee machine in the room would have made it better, as most of the 5 star hotels we stay in do have that facility. Staff are nice enough, just not as friendly and helpful as we have encountered in other motels

We arrived early (around 12pm) and our room was ready. I booked here because it’s close to Circular Quay, where we are watching a show at the Opera House. The hotel is in great condition, clean, nice staff and good buffet breakfast. It’s located near a Sydney metro station so you can easily go anywhere around the Sydney CBD area. Most areas are also accessible by short walk. They are very generous with their amenities and have good spacious rooms. We booked the double room. The property also has an indoor pool, spa, gym and a wellness center. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice hotel with nice facilities, the rooms are a little old, bathrooms missing tile grout/silicon. Blinds dirty and the tv that is impossible to work. We stayed because it had a sauna but the sauna never gets hot enough. Steam room works well.
