Total invasion of privacy
Loved the suite, clean and comfortable. Beautiful bathroom. Unfortunately we were woken at 7:13 am on the day of our departure by knocking on our door. Before we could answer, a staff member let themselves into our room and dumped blankets and towels on our desk. Left before we could speak to them but it was a total invasion of our privacy. Not impressed at all.

Hotel in amazing area however our stay started terribly with the lack of service we received from assistant manager Elizabeth. She was very passive aggressive and non accommodating to any acknowledgment of Expedia status. Thankfully we later spoke to Shania who was amazing and assisted greatly, it’s just a pity that an assistant manager couldn’t have the same customer service as Shania
