We stayed in room 212. The windows and window tracks were covered in dust and spider webs. The shower vent was covered in a thick layer of dust, the walls of the shower had dirt on them and needed to be cleaned before we used it. The sealant at the bottom of the shower was black along with the fittings holding the shelves. Also had to phone for an extra towel as there was only 1 when we got to the room…. All in all the bed was comfy but otherwise I will be staying somewhere else next time.

The staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable and bathroom was up to date and clean. However there was a musty smell in the roomthat was overpowering, the windows had gap so there was traffic noise (and other street/neighbourhood noise) easily heard into the room despite being on highest floor. Could hear the person in the next room very clearly too.

The bed was comfortable great pillows. Bathroom clean but no body lotion. No milk in the fridge, none offered at checkin. For $249 one night one person you would think milk would be supplied. And I certainly didn’t appreciate getting woken up at 8 am text message from Rydges about online checkout.

Bed was super comfy - the best bed I've ever had in a hotel. The hotel is separate from the centre of Parramatta so it's not an easy walking distance to the shops and restaurants, etc. But is easy to get to as it's relatively close to the M4, and has a huge parking area. Harris Park is a 5min drive which has many fantastic Indian restaurants. There's a great breakfast buffet too; cheaper if you book in the night before.

Property was close to where we were going but traffic noise wasn’t the best. No globe in over bed light, no information booklet, very little milk for coffee/tea, a/c kept turning on and off so it was stuffy then cold all night, toilet flush was vey noisy and I would have thought there would have been little packs of biscuits for tea/coffee- this is the first place I have stayed at that have not supplied this little gesture. I also wasn’t aware that we had to pay for parking, I may have not read it somewhere but it didn’t say on my confirmation email

Had to change rooms as toilet wouldn't flush. Your drinks menu was good on paper but very lacking in real life asked for a couple of different drinks.... sorry don't have any. Your restaurant menu on wall listed wine by glass but when we sat down in restaurant by bottle only ... go to bar to order and bar person knew before be asked ... I know what you are going to ask for and we don't have in stock. Would have thought a chain like Rydges would be on top of their stock levels.
