There was a large piler in the middle of the room, that was nothing like the picture they show on there website. It was in the way of everything and took up half of the living space.
sewage smell in the bathroom, air-con was leaking on second day, musky smell on the corridor, quite noisy as can hear sound from TV, others talking/laughing from next room
Hotel is nearby mrt station, room very small but clean. It’s very noisy as the room no sound proof which u can hear the Neightbour talking. And they not consider others that till midnight. Call reception to stop them but still not effective.

Room very small and without window. Location is good and walking distance to ximending and subway
It was near the night market and accessible to the train station, the problem was the room stinks due to cigarettes...

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I liked the 24 hr coffee & complimentary bottled waters daily. It was nice that there was a shower door so the bathroom floor doesn’t get wet. Only thing I didnt like was there no mirrors in the the room, only 1 small one in testroom, & no windows at all. They cleaned the room daily, replaced our towels & there were complimentary toothbrushes, razor, floss.
I actually didn't go, but it's in Taiwan so you KNOW it's an amazing place.

Room is okay but the wall is thin that we can hear baby crying in the night. TV control not working but got fix once we informed the staff.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
2nd floor room on a very busy and loud street ( heard buses all night long). Room is all windows including the bathroom and shower room. Noise level is pretty loud even with white noise (which we brought) running all night. Breakfast Buffett is Chinese style and my family wouldn’t eat it. Coffee machine is the most basic I have ever seen and couldn’t satisfy my only desire in the morning which is decent coffee. Hard beds and hard pillows. We paid $100 per night which is rediculously overpriced. This place is worth $50 a night tops.
