The room was gigantic and really nice. The staff were great and very friendly. The only minus was that only one lift was working which meant it took ages to get to our room. We ended up taking the stairs which was not a problem except when we had to leave with all our luggage. But everything else was great.

What a bizarre stay!! It was a nice enough stay but the lack of air conditioning forced the windows to be opened. Then, the shootings in the neighborhood kept us awake through the night …

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are large. Basic setup but comfortable. My only feedback would be to have a variety of pillows available. They were both very soft which didn’t make for a great sleep.

OOur overnight stay at this hotel was a pleasant one. Despite our room not being ready until 3:30 PM, half an hour past check-in time, we received great service at the front desk. The staff even gave us some complimentary items. When we finally entered the room, we understood the delay was likely due to preparing for the number of guests. The room and bathroom were both spacious and clean. The kids had bunk beds, and there was a convenient hot water heater. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers, pharmacies, and restaurants. We had a nice dinner at the Namaste restaurant on the first floor of the hotel.

Amazing hotel location for first time tallinn
being first time at Tallinn via Cruise it was most convenient place to stay and easy to go to old town . I was able to check in before 3 pm which was great :) . The staff was super friendly and they were very helpful to explain everything. breakfast buffet is amazing add-on. overall it was amazing stay for two nights. On day 2 though the AC was acting up a bit.

Overall an okay stay. Pros: reasonable price, convenient location, good gym, excellent breakfast Cons: air conditioning didn't cool our room, electricity went out, kettle wasn't functional. Staff wasn't very helpful in addressing the issues until our last day.

Nice hotel and staff, broken air conditioning.
Staff and breakfast were solid. My room’s air conditioning did nothing at all but turn the fan on. The room started at 25 degrees C and instead of going down to 21, went up to 26.5 over the evening/night. I had to open the window in the middle of the night to cool down.

Good Value Modern Hotel.
Good value hotel. Room was large and modern. Breakfast was extensive. A bit of a walk though for a good variety of restaurants...up towards the Old Town. If on a short break do take a walking tour...so informative and entertaining- info at Tourist Information.

Low-end Park Inn near Old Town
Good location. Small room. A/C was broken when I arrived and window did not open. Notified front desk, but A/C was not fixed until the following day, so I spent the first night in an unbearably hot room. Workout facility had filthy machines that had not been cleaned/sanitized for days/weeks.

Everything was excellent unfortunately when it rains the rain makes an awful noise against the windowsill, so if you are a light sleeper.. you will have problems falling asleep.
