Wonderfull stay at radisson collection
**Review:** We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect environment to relax. The spa and fitness facilities were absolutely stunning—modern, clean, and very well-equipped. The location was another highlight: just a short distance from the city center, making it convenient yet peaceful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish and sophisticated touch in every detail. We truly loved our experience here and would definitely return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Radisson Collection in July 24 and was so impressed I booked again for my recent trip to Tallinn. Breakfast choice is excellent as is the food in the other restaurants. The spa is great with a relaxing ambience. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on both occasions and they are very comfortable. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the old town. I will certainly choose Radisson Collection for my next visit to Tallinn

Gold tier perks? Not here
Don’t check into this hotel expecting to claim the benefits of being a gold tier member. Was refused upgrade even when there was availability and offered a smaller cheaper room as an upgrade. The staff lied saying no availability till i showed them on multiple sites there was even on their own website. After contacting hotels.com to resolve this they still refused. I even had to let them know breakfast was included as my perks to which they reluctantly agreed. Marketed as a vip property but doesn’t cater to the vip clients hotels.com brings them. Hotel facilities are great and so is the location. But let down by the staff at check in who also gossiped about us in Russian thinking we couldn’t understand because we spoke english at check in.

This was my first time traveling to Tallinn, so I was a bit nervous. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. The design modern and well done and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in my travels. It was less than a 10 min walk to old town, but the hotel itself had pretty good dining options. I'll definitely be staying here on my next vist!

It’s a 4star.
I requested a repair for the drawer, but it broke again within minutes. Additionally, the refrigerator made loud cracking noises at night, making it difficult to sleep. At times, the air conditioner emitted a smell resembling exhaust fumes. When we came to the restaurant on 24th floor at 8pm, we were told we could only be seated at the bar, even though the dining area was half-empty and there was no special event taking place. This was quite disappointing. P.S. The breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was excellent, and the staff were very polite, speaking all available languages!

Great hotel
First stay in a collection hotel, defiantly higher end style. Room was a corner and had excellent views of sea and old town. Bathroom amenities were excellent, including a bath loofer that I have never seen a a hotel room before! Bed was very soft and slept well. Hot chocolate pods for the machine which was nice. Room cleaning was excellent and replaced everything, not just the basics. Small box of chocolates and a personally wrote welcome card on arrival in the room. Breakfast was high quality and good service. Overall, excellent short stay, would recommend.

Great location and service
Pleasant staff, very welcoming on my arrival, at breakfast and on check out. Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. Difficulty connecting my portable device to the TV but otherwise all good. Close to Stroomi beach, Unibet Arena and lots of other services. Great meals on site. Room service charge is a bit high.

Location is great! Very clean hotel,we have been upgraded to a highher room category and even allowed us to check in early. The staff upon check in at the front desk is very nice & friendly (I need to get her name so I can give her commendation). The bed is great and the sheets are of high quality cotton & the room size is just right. Our dinner at ISSEI Restaurant on the 24th floor was surprisingly good and very very tasty. The breakfast selection was exemplary. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up coz I thought upon booking breakfast was included for 2 people aside from 1 free breakfast per day as perk being a silver member. This was even reiterated to me during check in that we have breakfast for 2 everyday. No big deal that I’ll be charged for 2 breakfasts as we really enjoyed the spread, I hope next time this will be clarified to us so no misunderstanding in the future. All in all great experience, very satisfied customer and definitely coming back in my next visit to Tallinn.
