"This was our best stay in a 3-week Sicily trip. On arrival we were greeted by Nino who checked us into a very nice room(it actually had a chandelier). Later we met Martina and she chatted with us and provided great suggestions over the 2-3 days we were there. And then Marta made us all kinds of drinks in the evening. The villa is gorgeous and the breakfast was amazing (including made to order eggs). I recommend this place heartily."

Beginning with our greeting upon arrival to being walked to the door upon leaving the hotel, we were assured we were well taken care of. That’s not even the best part: the location. "We asked to be upgraded to a better room, for extra. No Hotels.com upgrade benefits here. We were happy with the new room size and view. These are old buildings and we understand the challenges. The one person that made our stay perfect was Dario, at the hotel restaurant. Our dinners and breakfasts were perfect thanks to him. His customer service skills were outstanding. The food was excellent. I found parking fees over priced, but oh well. "

It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious.
