"Beautiful views from hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good, on 4th floor overlooking a lovely view. We stayed two nights in November. The only two things that were somewhat frustrating was driving to the hotel. We followed Apple Maps and then changed to google. It took a few trips around town. We opted to pay the 20 Euros extra per night to have valet parking. The hotel room itself was fine but the walls paper thin! We could hear people in the hallway and others talking in rooms around. Not sure if that can be helped in any way. "

"I loved this property. It was in a very beautiful location. It's not a very convenient location for walking, you need to take the taxi to get the station station and bus stop was not easy to find. The main area Piazza IX Aprile and shopping area is about 15-20min walk. Isola Bella is really far but doable about 30min walk. The hotel staff was really wonderful and helpful. Lufthansa lost our bag and we didn't get it back until the 3rd day. The staff did everything with calling the delivery guy and airport to see what they can do with speeding up process. The breakfast was delicious. Btw this was there last week before they close for the season November 8-15. "
