The person checking me in was racist and kept talking about people and her coworkers to her coworkers based on the color of their skin. Initially she said there was no room for me, which took her 20 minutes to sort out me reservation. The room wasn't ready at check in time, in fact it took an hour. Half of the lights in the room didn't work. It was a suite, but didn't have coffe and tea in the room. No glasses. The set up was odd, kitchen stuff in the bedroom. Very poorly designed. Laundry wasn't available, equipment was broken. Elevator was half apart. Staff didn't know the layout. Every little thing had extra costs. Shuttle to the airport costs extra. The best thing was that it was clean.

This building is a motel, window shades are flimsy, you can easily see in the room, no restaurants near by, just vending machines. Ads lied, airport shuttle is not free, no mini fridge or microwave. Elevator is filthy, I didn’t feel safe. Room is ok

The repairs that were done to this property were horrible. The chips in the ceramic tub and rust along with made me use a full size towel in the tub, just to stand on. I baby roach crawled across my dresser in the morning. The floors were soiled badly. I was shocked this was a "Wyndham" property. I booked it with confidence in that name.

The room was filthy, the door locks didn’t work, the beds were super uncomfortable, and there was a homeless guy in the courtyard who was there all night sitting and smoking at a table. There were blood stains on the sheets and a huge stain on the white bed cover. My feet got sticky and dirty just getting out of the shower. It was so gross, I will never stay there again.

The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. The hotel is a bit run down. The outside has been painted and is clean, but is in desperate need of a facelift. The room was clean, but the fridge wasn’t plugged in when we got to the room and we needed a cold fridge, so that wasn’t ideal. I set the fridge to five and it froze all our food solid, which also wasn’t ideal. The legs on the table were broken so the table was unstable. Other than that, there was plenty of hot water, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They give you three pillows on each bed so that was really nice. It’s a decent spot for a business trip, as it’s right off the freeway.

The maintenance person Maria was awesome.
I forgot my toothbrush and they were able to replace that for me for free Also, my bet my room mom smoke detector went off and they were really quick to replace it the battery. It's great service.

First room had hair all over the bathroom floor. We were given a new room that was cleaner but carpet floors filthy dirty, we made sure to let our children know not to walk around without shoes on. Guests had trash and food tossed all along property. Our room had no working AC so we didn’t sleep well. They offered us a free shuttle ride after I asked. We got showered and dressed as quickly as possible in order to get out of the dirty environment. We went down to board shuttle and were told the driver called off and there would “hopefully,” be someone at 8:00.

We arrived late from Boston and stayed a night before heading to Sedona. We knew at this price point we wouldn’t be walking to the ritz but thought we could count on something clean. The room was in desperate need for a rehab. The rug was filthy and stained everywhere. The sheets were dirty on one of the bed and the bathroom was clearly not cleaned when the room was switched over. It seems the soaps were replaced and towels were replaced but that’s about it. We left first thing in the morning. I wasn’t comfortable grabbing anything for breakfast at that point.

Not the best hotel
Arrived late after a flight. The original room we were assigned would not open with the key. Went down twice and then the front desk guy came up and used a master. The in room door lock was on. (I assume this means the room was occupied.) Assigned a second room entered with no problems. At check out in the morning my name was not attached to the new room. I had a different room number attached to my accout. Breakfast had very little to offer. Also, there is a charge for the shuttle to the airport. I had a reservation to return at the end of my trip and canceled it and found a new hotel.

I would not recommend staying at this hotel. Staff was friendly. Cleanliness was a big issue inside and out.
