25th Wedding anniversary celebration
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Chamberlain hotel. The staff decorated our room with balloons and offered us a free drink. A lovely surprise! The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and polite. The only negative was the check in time was 3pm, on the dot! most hotels I’ve stayed in will let you check in before. Having said this I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

Spent just one night but considering this was London, the hotel provided a very clean and enjoyable stay at a competitive rate. Staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. Close to the underground and in walking distance to Tower Bridge. A little noisy but where isnt in London!

Great front desk team, helped with much needed luggage storage and raced upstairs to help us figure out how to turn on room lights. 2 twin beds were comfortable Terrific breakfast and cocktails. Close to public transportation and major sights Tower bridge, gherkin and much more We would definitely stay again

Pro. Great location, nice breakfast and great value for money. Given a couple of vouchers for free frings which was a nice touch. Cons. The room was a little tired and the bar staff seemed a bit grumpy. I ordered drinks and literally no words spoken by barman at all which was a little odd. Overall a great experience and served our needs well for a short, affordable stay. Would highly recommend

A few things didn't work in the room like the phone, door keys at one point and TV remote. But otherwise we had a, positive experience. It was a shame our room wasn't as nice as the room we had last year.

Decent hotel in London
Overall a good experience, much better thanany others hotels in London. Area is good, breakfast and pub are nice, but the carpets in the rooms must go...no point in refurbishing the rooms if that kind of carpet stays.
