Nightmare sewage situation
Anniversary weekend away for two days to see London Hotel room was initially nice but when we came back the toilet and the toilets of the next two rooms had backed up and the room was flooded with sewage it was horrendous

Awful mattress, left a night early!
Would have been an absolutely amazing stay, the apt was lovely, clean, spacious, well appointed and the staff were great. But the mattress was so bad (hard, like a floor, I suspected broken springs!) I had to leave my three night stay a night early and paid for somewhere else. The first morning I woke up with back-ache, which I never get, I asked them to fix it while I was out at dinner, they seemed to make the bed with a new topper, made no difference, so after the second night I checked out!

The facilities were not welcoming. The rooms were not welcoming. Not comfortable price was too high. If you were there for one night it would have been ok but staying for 5 days it was not a place to relax in. Location to underground was great. Staff were very nice.

Great for wheelchair user
As a wheelchair user, I was pleased to see a lower reception desk available, making the check in process more comfortable. The lifts were all working and it was easy to manoeuvre around the suite in a wheelchair. The shower room was spacious and safe for those with mobility concerns.

Home away from Home
Lovely stay! We were upgraded to a suite that was fabulous. The room was well appointed with a Nespresso machine, tea and all the basic kitchen gadgets. The washer/dryer combo. was an added bonus. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with many choices. This hotel is very convenient to the Tower Hill Underground station and the Tower of London. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
