"Had a wonderful stay Feb 5-12. Requested the pool be heated and it was!!! Hot tub was awesome too. Dave was available at all times and the home was neat as a pin. Neighbors were fantastic and even gave us some grapefruit fresh from their tree to enjoy. Location is close to shopping, dining and GOLF!!! Very quiet neighborhood which we loved. "

"The property met every expectation that we had, as we try to only rent property that has the highest ratings and this house met every one of them. Michelle was engaged with us before we even set foot unto the property. I really appreciated any communication that we had with the property manager and when I asked her to drop the Master bedroom temperature 2 degrees, it was done immediately. She is so easy to work with throughout the process, right up to the point where we left. This house had everything we needed. Even the pantry had extra's that you don't normally find in homes that are rented. The refrigerator even had condiments like ketchup, mustard and other things left from previous tenants. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from our backyard was beautiful. It backs up to the 10th fairway on Johnson Ranch (San Tan Highlands) and the clubhouse is only about 3 minutes away. We also used the hot tub and pool facilities while we where their which is only a couple blocks away. The home is in a great neighborhood...very clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed for 4 nights. My husband, son & I came into town for a wedding & felt so comfortable in this house. It was clean, centrally located & very quiet. While we didn’t have a need to communicate with our host while we stayed, she was so responsive & kind before our stay. We have already discussed our next vacation out to Phoenix, possibly next year, and if we do, we would without a doubt stay here again! I would definitely recommend staying here if you get a chance! "Annual trip to AZ from Colorado for Spring training and Spring Break. It was a last minute booking and we were so grateful to find this beautiful property! Spacious, comfortable, lovely furnishings and decor, all the necessities and many amenities! Sits on the edge of Highlands golf course, which we played and loved it! Home away from home, definitely recommend!"
