Location was in the middle of downtown, perfect to have access for everything. Parking was easy and it was quiet hotel.

Good location, terrible staff.
Good location! But the staff at the front not so friendly, I ask the girl at the front if I can have same floor as another family and she was gladly going to help me but then a guy named Carlos came in and said no and if I wanted same floor I'll have to wait more time. Also I didn't get my VIP perks.
