"Staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful inside with plenty of facilities including restaurants, pool, laundry services and a Disney store. Free buses outside hotel to Maihama train/bus station or to the Disney shuttle station which is also just 5 minutes walk which takes you to Disneyland or DisneySea entrances and not that expensive. Rooms were big with a four beds for each of us two adults and two children and lots of amenities. View of water from balcony was lovely. It was a lovely hotel to come back to after a busy day at parks and kids were so sad to leave and would absolutely stay there again. "

Breakfast was by far the best I had in Japan, offering a wonderful variety of delicious options. The hotel’s proximity to Haneda Airport is incredibly convenient, and they even provide a free shuttle service, making travel seamless. The amenities were impressive as well. They offer everything from toothbrushes and toothpaste to combs, face cream, body cream, and a selection of high-quality tea and exceptional coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to find a hotel with organic options and a strong commitment to sustainability. In the US, it's rare to find hotels that prioritize both the environment and quality, and when they do, they’re often unaffordable. This hotel strikes the perfect balance, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sustainable yet comfortable stay."

"The room at Hilton Tokyo Bay was excellent! The staff tried their best to minimise my waiting time during check in, thank you very much. Spacious room for my family, 3 adults and 2 kids. Everything was perfect including the buffet dinner we had, the only downside is that 2-3 restaurants were closed on Wednesday, which is the day we were there as we were only staying for a night. But overall a wonderful experience!"
