Property is in a great location to Disney and easy to get to. Breakfast was enjoyable and good variety. Everyone was nice and it was clean. They had vending machine options and one store open with food but not a big selection. We had taxi and went to Disney but didn't see any close options for other restaurants. The one inside closed and we had a later flight in. Overall we were happy and would stay again.

Nice location, not so great service
The hotel was clean and the location was great. We had a great meal in the hotel restaurant. However front desk service was not so good. We had trouble finding our room and the front desk did not seem to care. We walked around a while and finally found someone that sent us in the wrong direction. We went back to the front desk and they pointed in a different direction. Not the typical service we received while traveling throughout Japan.

The room was clean and spacious with lovely ocean & Tokyo skyline view. There were frequent bus services to the stations as well as Disneyland, which was quite convenient for us. There were many shops as well as restaurants options around Maihama station. It’s located only 25 mins away from HANEDA airport by a taxi and 20 mins ish from Tokyo station by train.

good property for disney trips, free shuttle to access to disneyland, and disney sea train station. Disneyland can be reached by walking about 15 minutes. Disney sea is about 40 minutes walking, the shuttle takes you to a train station where you have to pay for a ticket to get all the way to disney sea entrance.

Our second stay here, this time with our 2 y/o. Rooms are a perfect size for time between exploring the Disney Parks. The staff was extra helpful when we realized we had booked one less night due to a flight change. Wonderful to have the convenience and souvenir stores downstairs. Easy walk or shuttle to the monorail. Breakfast was a yummy bonus. Looking forward to our next stay!

The property is beautiful and the staff were very helpful and attentive ‘10’. The free shuttle to and from Disneyland and Bayside and Maihama stations made it very easy to maneuver around area. Limousine bus for a small charge to airport very convenient and reliable. The rooms could use a little updating, but for the price and all the positives I have no complaints.

Nice and cozy, great food
Lived in this hotel with my son to visit Tokyo Disney. The hotel is not new but everything is clean and organized. The restaurants are good. “California” has very good steak with a reasonable price. The room is small but cozy, we had good sleep even with jet lag.

We stayed here for a Disneyland visit. Friendly and helpful staff. There are busses to take you where you need to go. Breakfast can get busy, but has a wide variety of options. The room was accomidating for the four of us. If going to Disney again, I'd stay here again.

Our stay was amazing . The view from the room was just beautiful. The hotel had a convenience store, Disney store, 2 restaurant at the bottom and shuttle bus to Disney and train station. Pros: - location - shuttle bus - store - dining option ( California restaurant was a bit pricey and not a lot of choice for the dinner buffet but enough for you to choose) - the Japanese restaurant have an amazing choice for the breakfast buffet! Adult and kids will have a lot of fun. Cons: - the convenience does not stock enough food option for the rush at night when everyone come back from the Disney park . Overall, we had a lovely stay and it was perfect to enjoy the park, coming back for a sleep and go again.

Very close to Disneyland (not as close to disney sea.) convenient bus out front to take you to monorail. Their buffet was excellent, many options of food. Helpful staff. Safe trundle bed under main bed was useful fir a family of four. No laundry and no pool. Air con remote in japanese. Recommend Google translate to operate it.

It’s perfect location to visit Tokyo Disney resort. There are free shuttle buses to get to Disneyland (and Maihama station) as well as monorail station (to Disneysea). It was quite comfortable guest rooms and staff are quite friendly and helpful. There are Disney shop as well as convenience store at site.
