Perfectly standard business hotel. I wasn’t impressed that the front desk would not help me print out two pages of A4. A simple no would have been fine but they left my hanging, asking if I wanted to print in colour or black and white, a simple task. Then they told me they cannot for some silly rule. Ridiculous

The hotel is just 5 minutes away from a metro station. It is very convenient to get to places once hop on a subway. There are plenty of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel for snacks and foods. The hotel services and staffs are very professional, friendly, and helpful. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo.
Loved the stay. Great location. Super easy access to trains and lots of dining options. The room was a relatively good size for 2 people. We had 2 large clamshell suitcases and were able to make it work. The washroon & tub was amazing. Note ...the only outlets to charge your items are on the desk. Definitely recommend
I recently stayed at Hotel Keihan Tokyo and found it to be very conveniently located just a few minutes from Yotsuya Station. There are fantastic dining options within walking distance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A small massage tool in our room was a great addition, helping to alleviate fatigue after long days of exploring the city. However, I have to deduct a point due to the less-than-optimal condition of the washroom. The bidet nozzles could use more attention, as they led to an unpleasant experience. Overall, a good stay with some room for improvement.
For the price that is being charged, the hotel is up to par. It’s close to a train station and has several good restaurants around it. The wifi and other services were good as well.
The room is quite comfortable and spacious, with ample room for large suitcases to be easily opened on the floor. The toilet and shower are spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable and spacious, accommodating two people comfortably. The hotel maintains a daily cleaning schedule and changes the sheets every third day (an eco-friendly practice). The location is excellent, situated close to Tokyo Station, Shinjuku, and Shibuya. There are also several affordable dining options nearby. For extended stays, there’s a nearby laundry facility (a 7-minute walk) that operates 24 hours a day. The surrounding area is exceptionally safe at night.
We spent our last night in Japan there. The staff was very accommodating and kept our bags for the day even after we checked out. They let us repack our bags after a day of shopping without any complaints. The downside to this room is that there were fewer amenities than in other cheaper hotels in Tokyo (i.e. only instant coffee offered).
This is a no frill hotel. It’s clean and location is great. Walking distance to Yotsuya subway & not that far from the Tokyo train station. If u don’t want the hassle of changing subway & taking a taxi to Tokyo train station, it’s not too bad. We took the taxi today n it cost 2400 yen.
I can’t say anything bad about the hotel. Staff is nice & polite. I don’t have any particular great stuff to say about the hotel either since it doesn’t have gym room, onsen or any facility that I can say marvelous. Lobby is small. I guess it’s typical of Tokyo. The stay fulfills our need. Not a fancy hotel. I don’t mind staying there again. But also won’t go out of my way to find this hotel to stay. I am neutral about this hotel. I do like the location, pretty convenient n plenty of eateries around.
Great location. Helpful staff. My only complaint was the WiFi connection in our room was very weak. Couldn’t get a good connection. We were in the 6th floor.
Will stay in this hotel again.
Hotel Keihan advertises itself as a business hotel, but I stayed there as part of a leisure trip. The room is small, but comfortable enough. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location; it is conveniently located near the Yotsuya train station, and within walking distance of Shinjuku Gyoen, the Suga Shrine, and Motoakasaka. If you want to stay in central Tokyo this hotel is not a bad choice.
Staff are friendly and helpful, they help me fill in delivery form and inform Yamato to collect and ship my luggages to next hotel.
Quiet location, but only a few stations away from Shinjuku.
