Good hotel and location!
Good location for hotel. Only one stop away from Shinjuku. Great having a washing machine in the room! Really helped when wanting to do a wash. Room was a good size for Japan. Amenities were good. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Shinjuku. Great restaurant next door if needed.

Friendly staff, even though they were not able to speak English very well they tried their best. They need to be more prepared by providing English translations of local metro and restaurants in a more clear manner.

A lot of amenities in the area and easy to push luggages from metro station to hotel. Only dislike is mattress a bit too soft.

Limited room cleaning, only once a week. Even though the facility comes with breakfast, you have to prepare it yourself in your room from the ingredients provided. You spend most of your vacation period over services that you expect the hotel to provide. Not something to be recommended.

We had a great time staying at the Tokyu Stay in Shinjuku. It was really important that we were close to the train station and they had plenty of convenient stores/restaurants nearly which was nice after a long day of exploring.

This place was a great location to base our Shinjuku adventures from. It’s a quieter neighborhood which was nice to come back to after long days on our feet. The room was larger than most for Japanese standards. The in-suite laundry was a huge perk. We were assigned a room at the back of the property on a higher floor with amazing views. This made our stay very special.

Nice location and room facilities
Only few minutes from Yotsuya station and many supermarkets and restaurants are open until late. Microwave and washing machines are available in the room and very good help for the small luggage traveler.

Great biz hotel w great staff
I stayed for a little over a month--first for work, then as I was touring around. It was perfect for me, and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Location is great, on Chuo line and near a new supermarket (called Life, in the Comore building). I need quiet, for work, and there is even a small workspace near the lobby. Would definitely stay again.
