I very much liked staying here. I did pay a bit extra for my room, but had a private washing machine. The room was ncie and not too small, and the hotel was nicely laid out and very clean. The area of the hotel is fairly central in the city and close to some important train lines, so it's easy to get around I thought. Not the most interesting or fun area though, but still enough food options.

Get Breakfast Somewhere Else
Breakfast is self service and food comes in bags that are meant to be transferred into the plate that is provided in the room. They also include rice cooker and you have to cook your own rice. Clean up materials are not provided, however. Use your hands and the foam hand soap to clean your dish, utensil, and the rice cooker. I recommend just going to Yoshinoya across the street, or the famima downstairs. Overall, breakfast option is for those who want to be punished. The room layout is otherwise good and I like that there is a washer/dryer included.

Nothing bad to say about Tokyu stay yotsuya! Everything was smooth as can be and it’s a very convenient location. Train, food, shopping and parks are within walking distance! Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo!

The front desk and housekeeping staff were all so nice and helpful. The hotel was always clean and in good condition. We felt like we were home when we were there and it was a nice quiet haven away from the bustling part of the inner city.

Good hotel and location!
Good location for hotel. Only one stop away from Shinjuku. Great having a washing machine in the room! Really helped when wanting to do a wash. Room was a good size for Japan. Amenities were good. Would recommend for anyone wanting to stay close to Shinjuku. Great restaurant next door if needed.

Friendly staff, even though they were not able to speak English very well they tried their best. They need to be more prepared by providing English translations of local metro and restaurants in a more clear manner.
