"The staff are very helpful & easy to talk to. The Hotel is easily accessible via Hanzomon & Kojimachi station. The area is very quiet and a lot of konbini within the walking distance. "

"There are a couple reasons why I want to give this a 5-star rating but most of all, it was the excellent staff service that really put it at the top. My mom came down with UTI when she arrived late night and having to find an urgent care nearby with language barrier was definitely a challenge. The super nice staff at the counter called around, found us the place, and even had a taxi waiting outside for us. It made this eventful night much smoother than expected. I am now recommending this hotel to everyone I know. The only down side is that there's not enough outlets for charging your phones and all the devices in the room. So you might want to bring/buy an adapter with you to charge multiple devices. "

"Nice hotel, wonderful staff and we loved the executive floor rooms and lounge. I highly recommend getting a room that includes the lounge access. The breakfast there had a lot of western choices with an omelet stand. In the early afternoon, they provided appetizers, wines, beer, saki, coffee - pretty much everything ! The location is ideal beside a subway station and a 10 minute walk to fantastic high end shopping in the Ginza area. The hotels lobby is on the 24th floor and I think all rooms have great views. We would definitely stay here again "

"Palace Hotel lives up to its 5 Star status! From the moment we arrived to the moment we departed (5 days later) everything was first class. The room was impeccably clean and well-appointed, the breakfast was abundant with both western and japanese style options, the staff was attentive and helpful. And the location of the hotel across from the Palace Gardens and close to a subway and Tokyo station is unbeatable ."
