Great stay! Breakfast could be better.
Our stay was great. Simple fast check in, very clean, modern rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I only wish you they hD a real hot breakfast. To me what they had should have been called a “continental breakfast”.

Wouldn't recommend
The hotel looked nice enough and the room was fine but the walls were paper thin. We could hear the people in the next room talking all night and every footstep on the floor above us. The toilet kept running all night and the AC woke us up every time it turned on because it was so loud. The breakfast buffet is crammed. It's such a small area that you hardly have room to stand in line to get food, options were very limited.

Besides getting stuck in the elevator with my three children and nobody apologizing or acknowledging the situation our stay was fine.

The staff at this hotel were very helpful and friendly hence reasonable. I am not really comfortable giving a negative review Main reason why we requested a early check out was because residents were noted using and smoking weed etc. In addition to this we would have preferred a hot cooked breakfast I do not wish this review to be made public as staff were helpful and accommodating and manager keen to make the necessary changes

There was bugs in our room alive and dead surrounding the bathroom as well as the front door. The water was also yellow when first turning on the water. The highest manager of the property was no where to be found and we were being helped by Octavio Cruz he was the only good experience at this hotel.
