"We loved the Hilton and the effort by all food and beverage staff to make us feel so welcome and special for our anniversary. We were disappointed with the check-in and checkout staff and experience. They were not responsive, timely or welcoming. The time spent at front desk ended with frustration, with little effort made to accommodate our requests. All other staff throughout the resort were exceptional. Their smiles, laughter and energy was infectious. "

"Everything was terrific from the location of the property situated in nature, food, staff, service, friendliness, and cleanliness But, I gave lower marks for cleanliness because a huge cockroach showed up behind the bed frame on my last evening right before going to bed. The facility as a whole itself was clean; the resort being so close to nature, I think it’s somewhat expected to find bugs nearby."
