We were in the older section I am guessing. The room was very out of date and did not look like the photos. Holes in wall were not patched, peeling paint. We had no WiFi that they claimed we did and had to call for assistance to get our tv to even work (they did help). Breakfast had no drinks options except coffee. Very minimal; glad we didn’t pay much but I already cancelled an upcoming trip there with a friend.

Lovely hotel
Lovely place. This time got the room closer to the hot tub! Loved that. Very eclectic decoration. Food is yummy for the continental breakfast

I have limited mobility and use a cane/ walker. I didn't request a handicap room I got one. It was perfect. I had a first floor room, parking right out side the door and it was well lit. This trip I was by myself so it made everything easy. I've stayed here before and and it is great value for the price.

I was here for a veterans meeting and booked it based on the very decent reviews. I found the property a bit too rustic for me, and the layout of the room was very odd with lots of empty unused space. Perhaps the tipping point was the air conditioner - or lack thereof. There was a wall unit of some sort that was rusty and the guts of the conditioner exposed. I plugged it in and it started making a low hum, but nothing happened. The daytime temps were in the upper 70s, so the room was warm. There was a window that was supposed to open, but it was jammed shut. The heavy traffic noice (as well as the noise of partying guests) would have made sleep difficult anyway. The breakfast consisted of what I recognized as powdered eggs and French toast sticks. I will stay elsewhere when I come back in March.

The place was okay. Nothing fancy. The management ripped me off. I spoke with them the week before going to say that my stay would be one day shorter because of a cancelled flight out of Marquette. No problem, they said. I was assured twice while staying there--again--that there would be no problem with charging me for that night... After I left they then refused to refund that last day's charge. What kind of way to run a business is that?! I'll be back to Marquette but will never stay at this place again, and I will recommend against it to anyone who asks...

Nice, reasonably priced for the area. Clean, quiet. The only complaint is the TV is pretty small. I had to pull up a chair close to see. Also it’s a smart tv so we had to have someone come help us work it. The young lady at the desk was so sweet to help us. Thank you.

We were quickly greeted by the super friendly receptionist who got us checked in and provided us with information about the facility. Our room was neat, clean and had plenty of space to relax in. GREAT price compared to other area hotels. The Cedar Inn will be our go to from now on.

I would stay again!
The decor is dated but the room was clean and spacious. The hotel was full but it was still quiet and peaceful. Standard continental breakfast. Friendly staff!
