It’s a convenient location, the room is spacious. However the furniture is old and dirty. When I stayed there it was noisy even on high floor.

Hotel seems a bit dated but great for price we paid. Everything was convenient and safe. Staff were great. Fast check in and check out. We had the do not disturb sign and housekeeping never bothered us and even checked with us when we left our room if we needed fresh towels. Location is great with MRT nearby and food options close by.

Not a good as a 4-star hotel
The hotel is rather old, which is expected. Some of the wallpaper is falling off. There is a lot of dust on the sofa. However, i found something mouldy on flat sheet and duvet, i have reported this to guest services.

Quiet area of Kowloon yet so close to the actions.
Located in east TsimShaTsui in a quiet area but so close to the actions. Great amenities associated with executive room with lounge access. Free shuttle bus to/from airport. Great variety of international cuisine for the complementary breakfast. Good food and serve yourself beverages (alcohol and non-alcoholic choices) complementary in the executive lounge from 3 to 8 pm.

Terrible beds!
The beds are terrible. Just box spring with a little foam cover. Halls and room needs better cleaning. I have to stay here again in December to January 4th. I hope that they make some positive changes. Or my back will be painful. Please help me with this suggestion. My daughter and family are also coming. Please update your hotel. Thank you. Daniel Roy
