Needs maintenance
The room was clean. Alex was really cool. The place is really in need of maintenance. Specifically the rug in several areas. In fact I tripped (didn't fall) while I was walking because part of the carpet isn't properly secured. Floor boards in most areas are missing making it look pretty awful.

Be warned tho' - even tho' it advertises a "free Airport shuttle", it is often (frequently??) not available as requires driving staff to man it AND, isn't often 'available' when YOUR Flight(s) ARE 🙄🐩☮️💐

Restful Sleep
Room was comfortable with 2 queen size beds. Pictures of the bathroom seemed to be nicer than it was, but not a deal breaker. Stayed on the first floor which is nice. When I walked in the room the floor souned hollow? But I can report I did have a restful sleep. Drove for 4 hours and ran around town all day. Finally got to the hotel, check in was not only friendly but quick. I like that, definitely a thumbs up. Got to the room and took a shower, watched a little TV and went to bead. Again, I had a restful sleep after a ver long day. I recommend this hotel.

Toilet nightmare
I gave one and two stars because the Toilet Overflowed we had to get a plunger from the office and still the Toilet Overflowed, saw a Cockroach alive in the shower tub, Did not feel too safe because back door was open and saw no security guard plus the swimming pool was super cold to get in.

Only one ice machine was working and was always out of ice. At breakfast, the eggs ran out about a half an hour before the end of breakfast. Three different people asked if more eggs were coming and the staff (we found out later didn't speak English) just waved them off. Finally, the front desk clerk came and said they could make more eggs, but it would take 20 minutes if we would like to wait. By that time there was only 15 minutes left in breakfast, so the guest said she didn't need them. The rest of breakfast was sparse. Overall, the hotel looked like it had seen better days and the staff was just phoning it in.
