I thought the staff were very nice. The rooms were modern and comfortable. They supplied nice amenities for the bathroom and streaming services were available. Overall a pleasant stay with 24 hour complimentary coffee and spa water. Strongly recommend for close to the university and downtown. Great value for the nighty cost

It was hard to get in initially, no one would answer the code when the fence was closed as we were there about 9:00 p.m. I found the front desk clerk very surly and unfriendly and short, almost rude. The housekeeping staff was an absolutely sweetheart, sunny and friendly and very accomodating.

There was a very loud pool party at night so we couldnt sleep, plus we heard everyone walking by because the windows are so thin. Water pressure was horrible, and we were charged a surprise $60 fee that we weren't made ware of ahead of time. Our room stunk like sewage. The neighborhood was rough and dirty.

Greatly remodeled property on a strip on rundown older hotels. This property has a good vibe and is secured by entrance gate after 9pm so feels very safe. Plus it’s IHG…they ain’t doing low rent
