Absolutely the worst stay! Not only did the hotel parking garage elevator not work, it cost $15. My husband and myself had to walk up and down 5 flights of stairs with all of our luggage multiple times. To make it worse the room next to us played loud music starting at midnight , finally at 3am we called the front to ask security to get involved. Unfortunately that did nothing as the music continued. We decided to check out since it was too loud to get any sleep. Even the night attendant was rude and not very helpful. He did say we would receive a full refund for the room and parking however when I asked could we get something in writing he got very rude with us. This hotel has gone down hill. We ended up checking out at 3:30am to drive 4 hours back to Dallas. So frustrated and the most unpleasant stay.

We are regular visitors to Tulsa. When booking here, I expected a step up from the Wyndham property where we usually stay. Instead, we found a a Doubletree by Hilton that was tired and rundown in the public areas; the elevators were a filthy mess, etc. The cost of parking was $15 a night. There were none of the legendary Doubletree cookies; we didn't see any and they weren't offered. It was a two night day — there was no turndown service, no fresh towels, no apparent housekeeping service of any kind. In short, wow, this was disappointing.

The hotel had issues with the elevator connected to the parking garage. The staff was not helpful with a solution to accessing our car. However, management and other staff were very amendable. Our room was not cleaned due to low staffing and the showers needed attention in the rolling trays. Overall - I would stay again.

Quiet location but close enough to everything. TU is a short drive . Beds are clean and comfy, rooms are spacious plus it’s dog friendly. Will stay here again.

Room was in poor repair. Soaps weren't refilled. Phone was out of 1984 and wouldn't even call the front desk. Ordered DoorDash and they just took it at the front desk with no notification and didn't bring it to me. I had to go down and get it half an hour later and there was no name or room number on it. If I didn't go down there I wouldn't have gotten it. Not great service if you ask me. Also, $2 for water at a hotel? If there is one thing that should be included in your $200 stay it's complimentary water. I've stayed at $80 hotel rooms that had this. What a joke.

I chose this hotel because it is next to St Francis Hospital. Overall it was a good experience. I didn't like being charged $15 to park in their parking lot.
