Magnificent villa with private pool and exceptional views, ideal for families.

The villa is ideal for a large or two families as it consists of 2 separate apartments. It is composed for the lower part, at the level of the pool, an apartment with kitchen (dishwasher, stove, paella oven, percolator), dining room, 2 bedrooms, wc + sink and Italian shower.
Upper part: 2 bedrooms with fans and cupboards, 2 bathrooms (showers), kitchen (coffee machine, microwave, toaster ..), dining room, living room, TV with international channels, terrace with outstanding views (table and chairs).
Private pool with outdoor shower (sunbeds), large sun terrace along the pool with fixed and unfolding blind (table and chairs for eating by the pool). Barbecue with dining area away from the sun and lit in the evening if needed, laundry with washing machine, sink and dryer hand. Free Wi-Fi, possibility to park your vehicle inside the property which is fully fenced and secure.
Sheets baths, house and beds included. Final cleaning of the villa and sheets included and charges in the 90 euros requested.
Beware no safety around the pool for small children but they are of course welcome.
The villa is located in 30 Valencia, from the airport, beaches and 10 min from shops and restaurants (Turis, Real, Montroy and Montserrat), 10 mountains (Dos Aguas) in an urbanization equipped with 1 cafeteria where you can provide you with bread and 1 playground. A person is always available on site if needed.

Our party consisted of 7 adults and a 9mth old baby. This villa was perfect for our needs with cot and high chair provided and as it is split into 2 apartments with 2 kitchen areas the baby’s night time wakings didn’t disturb the rest of the family! T

Great villa really good value. Lovely pool, big BBQ area, everything you need is provided. Vincente the owner was superb, she couldn’t have been more helpful, a 5 star host for sure. (You do need a car). Local towns are good for a meal and supermarkets, and Valencia is a fantastic city to visit.

Villa de vacances très agréable
Villa très agréable avec vue dégagée, idéale en famille ou entre amis. Propreté impeccable, accueil et conseils du propriétaire très bien. Piscine, barbecue, transats, tout y est. Region intéressante, Valencia belle et grande ville, parc naturel Albufera superbe, etc…

Las fotos de la villa no reflejan lo espectacular de la estancia
Hemos ido dos familias de 4 miembros, y la villa a cumplido con las expectativas, incluso las ha mejorado con creces. La misma se distribuye en 3 zonas para convivir, la primera de ellas es el apartamento superior, con capacidad para 4 personas y dos cuartos de baño, cocina y porche, si se quiere totalmente independiente del resto del chalet. Bajas a las otras dos zonas donde encuentras en la parte de abajo del apartamento, otra estancia. Para dormir 4 personas con wc y ducha separadas, horno moruno, zona lúdica y gran porchada cerca de la piscina, con lo que puedes controlar a los niñ@s perfectamente mientras estén en la piscina. Y la tercera zona, nos encontramos con el lavadero cerrado, una pergola con mesa y bancos para comer y una barbacoa con suficiente capacidad para poner una paella para 20 personas. Sin duda, repetiremos si tenemos posibilidad. La atención de los dueños de la villa es espectacular. Enhorabuena por ser así y estar tan atentos de los detalles.

A 50 min de Valencia, Confortable, buenas vistas. estupenda piscina y lugar muy tranquilo. Los supermercados a 15 min de coche, en Turis y Montroy Como cosas a mejorar, las luces del agua de la piscina que no se pueden encender, y la dificultad de sintonizar canales españoles en la TV.

Tolles Haus mit viel Platz
Das Haus liegt in einer Siedlung mitten in Orangen- und Olivenäckern. Die Autovia ist schneller erreichbar. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, wovon 2 im Keller sind. Die Außenanlagen sind super, mit Pool, Grill und geschmackvollen Gartenanlagen. Wir waren zu viert dort und es hat uns gut gefallen.
